We are sorry to hear that Powder Horn has been retired.  Since 1998, Power Horn has been helping Scout and Scouter get the contacts and tools necessary to conduct an awesome high-adventure program in their Scouting units.  Beyond just having fun at Powder Horn, graduates have returned to the troop with new idea and resources to make our High Adventure program more exciting and better.
