Main trail from Paradise to Reflection Lakes is the North-South trail.  The loop running over Mezama Ridge is unmarked and for only for the more adventurous and trained crews. 

Map showing marked and unmarked trails.  The trailhead to Reflection Lakes is right at the South East corner of the Paradise Parking lot.  There is a sigh marked Narada Falls to the south of the main trail.  The trailhead is easy to miss and hard to see since it starts as a steep slope off the main trail/road.  The trail is marked with orange poles.
