There are many types of snow shelter options.  Depending on snow conditions, some may be more preferred than others.  In the WSAP course, we focus on the A-Frame snow shelter.

The A-Frame is similar to an igloo, but is easier and quicker to build.  This is a very versatile structure that can sleep 1-2 Scouts.  They can also be joined to allow for group shelters.
