There are many historical spots to visit along the Palouse Trail.  Since you are there, you should point them out.  

Fruits and Antiques Thorp

Small Towns

• There are few small towns we can tour through

• Check out small shops and park

Central Washington University Ellensburg

• Trail take you right to campus

• This might be a good pickup point or place to take a break

Yakima River Tubing 

• Yakima River Tubing

  • These guys get terrible reviews

• Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Location: Rosa BLM Rec.  Mile post 6

• Hwy. 821 Canyon Road

• ​​3 to 4 hour float with breathtaking views

• Start Point: Umtanum 46.8554, -120.4827 ?

• End Point: Roza 46.7652, -120.4583
